Choco-Story’s general terms of sale

ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
1.1 Prices are quoted in euros and include all taxes.
1.2 All orders irrespective of their origin are payable in euros.
1.3 Choco-Story reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order was registered
ARTICLE 2 - AVAILABILITY
Products are sold in real-time, but certain categories of articles may no longer be available at the time you place your order. If that is the case, you will be reimbursed, but Choco-Story shall have no liability for any damage due to the non-availability of an item.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT
Payment by bank card enables you to make final payment immediately. The cards accepted for payment of orders are Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard.
ARTICLE 4 – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

Your personal information and data are needed for the management of your order and our commercial relations. Such information and data are also stored for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalise the services that we offer and the information that we send to you.
In accordance with the law, you are entitled to access, rectify or contest any information concerning you. To exercise this right you should write to Choco-Story, Management Service, 2 Wijnzakstraat – 8000 Bruges – Belgium, indicating your surname, first name, address and if possible your customer reference. In accordance with the regulation in force, your letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature, and specify the address to which the answer should be sent. You will then receive an answer within 2 weeks after receipt of your request.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your product order will only be definitively confirmed and binding on Choco-Story upon receipt by you of an e-mail confirming that the order has been validated.
Consequently, we advise you to consult your electronic mailbox, including your spam folder.
ARTICLE 6 - VALIDATION
When you click on the button “Validate” at the end of the ordering process, on the “Payment” page, and you declare that you accept, by ticking the box “I accept the general terms of sale”, you declare that you fully and unconditionally accept all the General Terms of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by http://eshop.choco-story.com shall be deemed to constitute proof of all transactions concluded between Choco-Story and its clients.
ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY
Parcels are generally dispatched on the Wednesday after receipt of your payment on our website.
ARTICLE 8 - CANCELLATION, REIMBURSEMENT, UTILISATION
Articles can be exchanged or reimbursed in our Choco-Story store at 2 Wijnzakstraat – 8000 Bruges - Belgium provided that they are returned intact in their original packaging.

Sales of products referred to herein are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
